PAST EVENT - Sunday Sound Healing

Come get out of the cold and enjoy a heated and relaxing sound healing at FreedOM Hot Yoga. Brando and Eric will be using Gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, metal Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments to wrap your being in sound and frequencies. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and anything else that will help you relax and surrender for this beautiful experience.

This event will be held on the second Sunday of each month.
