Know Before You Go
What To Bring
-
Bring your favorite yoga mat, any brand will do.
-
Yes, you will sweat that much! We recommend a non-slip towel.
-
Hydration is key! We recommend electrolytes and ice in your water bottle(s). We have an awesome pebble ice maker for all our students to enjoy.
-
Yoga is not only a physical practice but also a mental practice. We focus on mind, spirit and body connection through our guided classes. Come with an open mind and open heart ready to embrace your practice exactly where it is today!
-
We recommend eating light non greasy foods throughout the day before your hot room class and eat a couple hours prior to class.
We’ve got your back! Whether you don’t have some or all of the items on this short list or you simply forgot your bag, we have items in studio you available for rent or purchase.
What To Wear
In this case, less is more.
Well… within reason. Our studio is set to a balmy 95-105 degrees, so the “dress(less) code” often consists of the bare minimum (yoga shorts/leggings, bra tops, and tanks).
Come in what feels most comfortable to you.
